BUILT WITH PURPOSE. DESIGNED WITH INTENTION.
A Better Way to Build a Custom Home.
With Foundation Custom Homes, construction and design aren't separate steps.
Our team works together from the beginning so the details that make a house feel special are considered before the walls go up — not after.
Through Foundation Custom Homes and SL Designs, we bring together:
CUSTOM HOME BUILDING
Thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship and hands-on project management.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Cohesive selections for cabinetry, lighting, tile, countertops, paint, plumbing and more.
ONE CONNECTED PROCESS
Builder and designer working together throughout the home rather than handing you off between companies.
INTERIOR DESIGN BY SL DESIGNS
Designed From the Inside Out.
The most successful homes don't begin with a paint color.
They begin with how you want to live.
SL Designs is the interior design studio led by Sara Luffman within Foundation Custom Homes. Sara works with clients to develop thoughtful, cohesive interiors through space planning, material selections, lighting, cabinetry, color and finishing details.
For Foundation clients, design is integrated into the building process from the beginning.
SL Designs also works with a select number of homeowners and builders outside of Foundation Custom Homes.
